ii) executar ou facilitar a instru\u00e7\u00e3o de pagamento relacionada a determinado servi\u00e7o de pagamento, inclusive transfer\u00eancia originada de ou destinada a conta de pagamento; iii) gerir conta de pagamento; iv) emitir instrumento de pagamento; v) credenciar a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o de instrumento de pagamento; vi) executar remessa de fundos; vii) converter moeda f\u00edsica ou escritural em moeda eletr\u00f4nica, ou vice-versa, credenciar a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o ou gerir o uso de moeda eletr\u00f4nica; e viii) outras atividades relacionadas \u00e0 presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o de pagamento, designadas pelo Banco Central do Brasil;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">\u201cSuborno\u201d: De acordo com a norma ISO 37001, suborno \u00e9 caracterizado como: \u201coferta, promessa, doa\u00e7\u00e3o, aceita\u00e7\u00e3o ou solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de uma vantagem indevida de qualquer valor (que pode ser financeiro ou n\u00e3o financeiro), direta ou indiretamente, e independente de localiza\u00e7\u00e3o(\u00f5es), em viola\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s leis aplic\u00e1veis, como um incentivo ou recompensa para uma pessoa que est\u00e1 agindo ou deixando de agir em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao desempenho das suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; N\u00ba 8.420\/2015: Regulamenta a Lei Anticorrup\u00e7\u00e3o de 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">Circular BACEN N\u00ba 3.681\/2013: Disp\u00f5e sobre o gerenciamento de riscos, os requerimentos m\u00ednimos de patrim\u00f4nio, a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do valor e da liquidez dos saldos em contas de pagamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">Circular BACEN N\u00ba 3.682\/2013: Disp\u00f5e sobre a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o de pagamento no \u00e2mbito dos arranjos de pagamentos integrantes do SPB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">Circular BACEN N\u00ba 3.865\/2017: Disp\u00f5e sobre a pol\u00edtica de conformidade (Compliance), das institui\u00e7\u00f5es de pagamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">Circular BACEN N\u00ba 3.885\/2018: Estabelece os requisitos e os procedimentos para autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para funcionamento das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es de Pagamento pelo Bacen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act \u2013 FCPA: Lei dos Estados Unidos da Am\u00e9rica aprovada em 1977 e que pro\u00edbe e responsabiliza pessoas f\u00edsicas e jur\u00eddicas por corrup\u00e7\u00e3o de Agentes P\u00fablicos estrangeiros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">United Kingdom Bribery Act \u2013 UKBA: Lei de 2010 do Reino Unido a qual estabelece a responsabilidade das empresas por atos de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o cometidos por pessoas que agem em seu nome. As leis e normas s\u00e3o citadas de forma exemplificativa, e n\u00e3o esgotam toda a Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Aplic\u00e1vel \u00e0s atividades da <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">EZZEPAY <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">quanto ao compliance e ao combate \u00e0 corrup\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">As regras s\u00e3o citadas para o conhecimento dos Colaboradores, sendo a \u00c1rea de Compliance respons\u00e1vel por verificar eventuais atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es, revoga\u00e7\u00f5es ou a publica\u00e7\u00e3o de novas normas. line-height: 107%;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">EZZEPAY <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">n\u00e3o venha a sofrer san\u00e7\u00f5es legais ou administrativas, perdas financeiras, danos de reputa\u00e7\u00e3o e outros danos, decorrentes de descumprimento ou falhas na observ\u00e2ncia do arcabou\u00e7o legal, da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o infralegal, das recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores e dos c\u00f3digos de autorregula\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1veis, os quais eventualmente poder\u00e3o ser mais bem detalhados em manuais internos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">EZZEPAY<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">, prometa, autorize, ofere\u00e7a ou conceda, direta ou indiretamente, pagamento de artigo de qualquer natureza a Agente P\u00fablico ou a qualquer pessoa f\u00edsica ou jur\u00eddica objetivando obter qualquer vantagem indevida, ainda que n\u00e3o pecuni\u00e1ria para a <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">EZZEPAY<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">, da \u00c1rea de Compliance; (v) as medidas necess\u00e1rias para garantir independ\u00eancia e adequada autoridade aos respons\u00e1veis pelas atividades relacionadas com a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de conformidade e do combate \u00e0 corrup\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00c1rea de Compliance, na institui\u00e7\u00e3o; (vi) o livre acesso dos respons\u00e1veis da \u00c1rea de Compliance \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para o exerc\u00edcio de suas atividades; (vii) os canais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o direto com os Administradores da <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">EZZEPAY<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">, para o relato dos resultados decorrentes das atividades relacionadas com a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de conformidade e combate \u00e0 corrup\u00e7\u00e3o, de poss\u00edveis irregularidades ou falhas identificadas; e (viii) os procedimentos para a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades relativas \u00e0 fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Compliance com fun\u00e7\u00f5es de gerenciamento de risco e com a auditoria interna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; A \u00c1rea de Compliance apurar\u00e1 as den\u00fancias recebidas e encaminhar\u00e1 o caso, juntamente com a sua avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, para decis\u00e3o dos Administradores da <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">EZZEPAY <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;\">aplicar eventuais medidas disciplinares e a\u00e7\u00f5es de remedia\u00e7\u00e3o. Ser\u00e1 observado o sigilo no tratamento e condu\u00e7\u00e3o das apura\u00e7\u00f5es das den\u00fancias, visando \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o do denunciante.
