(b) a gest\u00e3o e coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de pagamentos aos Clientes que sejam decorrentes de Transa\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas pela <\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Caber\u00e1 \u00e0 \u00c1rea de&nbsp;<i>Compliance<\/i>: (i) criar e gerenciar os mecanismos de controle voltados \u00e0 preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Lavagem de Dinheiro e do Financiamento ao Terrorismo; (ii) criar e coordenar a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e treinamento dos Administradores e Colaboradores; (iii) assegurar o cumprimento dos mecanismos de atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Canal de Den\u00fancia; (iv) monitorar as ocorr\u00eancias sobre Transa\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00edpicas ou suspeitas identificadas pelas ferramentas tecnol\u00f3gicas da <\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Gotham',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;\">EZZEPAY <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; Ainda, este processo tem o objetivo de manter a integridade e a imagem da <\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Gotham',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;\">EZZEPAY<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\"> perante seus Administradores, Clientes, Colaboradores, Fornecedores, Parceiros de Neg\u00f3cio e, ainda, perante a sociedade e evitar o envolvimento com pessoas mencionadas em listas sancionadoras,&nbsp;incluindo as listas de san\u00e7\u00f5es impostas por resolu\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho de Seguran\u00e7a das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, quando aplic\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Os dados informados nos procedimentos de KYC e KYP ser\u00e3o confirmados por meio do envio de documentos e\/ou mediante consulta em bancos de dados p\u00fablicos ou privados, tais como bureaux de an\u00e1lises de cr\u00e9dito e risco, al\u00e9m de base de dados interna ou que seja compartilhada por outras empresas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Haver\u00e1 o armazenamento das informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas nos procedimentos de KYC e KYP, as quais devem ser compat\u00edveis com o perfil de risco definido pela \u00c1rea de Compliance, de acordo com a natureza do neg\u00f3cio e o risco ao qual a <\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Gotham',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;\">EZZEPAY <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">ser\u00e1 exposta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">As informa\u00e7\u00f5es cadastrais ser\u00e3o arquivadas pelo per\u00edodo m\u00ednimo de 5 (cinco) anos, contados a partir do primeiro dia do ano seguinte ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino do relacionamento com o Cliente, Fornecedor ou Parceiro Comercial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Dever\u00e3o ser executados testes peri\u00f3dicos para a valida\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es cadastrais. font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">, seja ela de Instituidora de Arranjo de Pagamento e Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de Pagamento, ou de Subcredenciador, no que se aplicar, tem o objetivo de implementar procedimentos destinados a conhecer os respectivos Clientes, com a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de dilig\u00eancia pr\u00e9via e peri\u00f3dica que assegure sua identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e classifica\u00e7\u00e3o, prevenindo a ocorr\u00eancia de Lavagem de Dinheiro e Financiamento do Terrorismo tem o objetivo de implementar procedimentos destinados a conhecer os respectivos Clientes, com a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de dilig\u00eancia pr\u00e9via e peri\u00f3dica que assegure sua identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e classifica\u00e7\u00e3o, prevenindo a ocorr\u00eancia de Lavagem de Dinheiro e Financiamento do Terrorismo e evitar o envolvimento com pessoas mencionadas em listas sancionadoras, incluindo as listas de san\u00e7\u00f5es impostas por resolu\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho de Seguran\u00e7a das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, quando aplic\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">No cadastro dos Clientes a <\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Gotham',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;\">EZZEPAY <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">dever\u00e1 sempre observar os seguintes procedimentos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">b.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;Ser\u00e1 realizada a consulta sobre a veracidade, idoneidade e atualidade das informa\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">c.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;Haver\u00e1 a consulta das informa\u00e7\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis em sites especializados em preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Lavagem de Dinheiro e Financiamento do Terrorismo e lista de san\u00e7\u00e3o imposta por resolu\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho de Seguran\u00e7a das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, quando aplic\u00e1vel;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">d.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;Os Clientes que exercerem atividade empres\u00e1ria ou profissional ser\u00e3o classificados de acordo com seu ramo de atividade, e haver\u00e1 a consulta em fontes p\u00fablicas ou privadas para valida\u00e7\u00e3o da informa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">e.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;O Cliente ser\u00e1 classificado de acordo com sua atividade, informa\u00e7\u00f5es de cadastro e situa\u00e7\u00e3o patrimonial;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">g.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;N\u00e3o haver\u00e1 a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do cadastro de potenciais Clientes inclu\u00eddos na lista da OFAC ou listas sancionadoras, incluindo as listas de san\u00e7\u00f5es impostas por resolu\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho de Seguran\u00e7a das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, quando aplic\u00e1vel;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">h.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;A qualquer momento, inclusive ap\u00f3s o cadastro, poder\u00e1 ser solicitado o envio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es complementares, declara\u00e7\u00f5es e documentos para valida\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Cada Cliente ser\u00e1 classificado de acordo com um perfil de risco espec\u00edfico, para possibilitar o controle e monitoramento das Transa\u00e7\u00f5es, sendo: (i) pessoa f\u00edsica, (ii) pessoa jur\u00eddica, (iii) cadastro simplificado, (iv) cadastro completo; (v) atividade empresarial ou profissional exercida; (vi) correla\u00e7\u00e3o de suas atividades empresariais aos respectivos MCC definidos pelos Arranjos de Pagamentos; (vii) PEP; e (viii) integrante da lista da OFAC ou listas sancionadoras, incluindo as listas de san\u00e7\u00f5es impostas por resolu\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho de Seguran\u00e7a das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, quando aplic\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Ap\u00f3s a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de risco, o Cliente poder\u00e1: (i) ter seu pedido de cadastro negado; (ii) sofrer medidas restritivas, mediante a indisponibilidade de determinados servi\u00e7os ou a limita\u00e7\u00e3o do valor das Transa\u00e7\u00f5es; (iii) ter o Monitoramento Refor\u00e7ado (conforme abaixo definido), (iv) ter o bloqueio ou t\u00e9rmino de relacionamento; ou (v) ter seus ativos bloqueados conforme determinado pela Lei n\u00ba 13.810. As normas internas da \u00c1rea de Compliance detalhar\u00e3o quais restri\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o aplic\u00e1veis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">A <\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Gotham',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;\">EZZEPAY <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">ir\u00e1 estabelecer crit\u00e9rios de mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos no credenciamento de Clientes que n\u00e3o comprovem o desenvolvimento de atividade empres\u00e1ria ou profissional, mediante a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de limite m\u00e1ximo para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das Transa\u00e7\u00f5es em per\u00edodos determinados, de acordo com os crit\u00e9rios definidos pela \u00c1rea de Compliance, de acordo com a Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Vigente, e com as regras da Credenciadora e dos Arranjos de Pagamentos, no que couberem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Caso o Cliente desenvolva atividade empres\u00e1ria ou profissional em estabelecimento f\u00edsico, a <\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Gotham',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;\">EZZEPAY <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">ou um Parceiro Comercial (caso aplic\u00e1vel) poder\u00e1, de forma f\u00edsica ou remota (inclusive utilizando de tecnologias de geolocaliza\u00e7\u00e3o), verificar a efetiva exist\u00eancia do estabelecimento no local indicado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">B. background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">O processo de KYP tem o objetivo de implementar procedimentos destinados a conhecer os Fornecedores e Parceiros de Neg\u00f3cio, com a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de dilig\u00eancia pr\u00e9via e peri\u00f3dica que assegure sua identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e classifica\u00e7\u00e3o, prevenindo a ocorr\u00eancia de Lavagem de Dinheiro e Financiamento do Terrorismo, e evitar o envolvimento com pessoas mencionadas em listas sancionadoras, incluindo as listas de san\u00e7\u00f5es impostas por resolu\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho de Seguran\u00e7a das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, quando aplic\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">O Fornecedor ou Parceiro de Neg\u00f3cio poder\u00e1 ser classificado de acordo com sua atividade empres\u00e1ria ou profissional, caso se identifique um perfil de risco associado \u00e0 sua atividade, conforme as normas internas da \u00c1rea de&nbsp;<i>Compliance<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Os seguintes procedimentos ser\u00e3o observados com rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos S\u00f3cios, Administradores, Diretores e\/ou representantes dos Fornecedores e Parceiros de Neg\u00f3cio: (i) consulta na lista de PEP, OFAC e listas de san\u00e7\u00f5es impostas por resolu\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho de Seguran\u00e7a das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas; (ii) verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o; e (iii) outros procedimentos previstos no item anterior, conforme aplic\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Os contratos a serem celebrados com os Fornecedores e Parceiros de Neg\u00f3cio dever\u00e3o necessariamente constar obriga\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas relacionadas \u00e0 preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Lavagem de Dinheiro e Financiamento do Terrorismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; Deve haver isonomia de tratamento nessa conduta, abrangendo todos os Colaboradores, sendo vedado o monitoramento com fins discriminat\u00f3rios. font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">, seja ela para os processos da Instituidora de Arranjo de Pagamento e Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de Pagamento, ou do Subcredenciador, de acordo com suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por, em conjunto com a \u00c1rea de&nbsp;<i>Compliance<\/i>, desenvolver os processos para manter os registros das Transa\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas pelos Clientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Os registros dever\u00e3o ser realizados de acordo com as seguintes modalidades:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">A <\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Gotham',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;\">EZZEPAY <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">manter\u00e1 registros de todas as opera\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas pelos Clientes, os quais ser\u00e3o arquivados pelo per\u00edodo m\u00ednimo de 5 (cinco) anos, contados a partir do primeiro dia do ano seguinte ao da conclus\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o e, no caso de informa\u00e7\u00f5es e registros de transfer\u00eancia de recursos, o prazo ser\u00e1 de 10 (dez) anos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; MONITORAMENTO E AN\u00c1LISE DE OPERA\u00c7\u00d5ES E SITUA\u00c7\u00d5ES SUSPEITAS<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">A \u00c1rea de&nbsp;<i>Compliance<\/i>&nbsp;ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pelos procedimentos de monitoramento e sele\u00e7\u00e3o que permitam identificar Transa\u00e7\u00f5es e situa\u00e7\u00f5es que possam indicar suspeitas de Lavagem de Dinheiro e de Financiamento do Terrorismo, ou envolvimento com pessoas inclu\u00eddas em listas de san\u00e7\u00f5es impostas por resolu\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho de Seguran\u00e7a das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, sejam elas em processos referentes \u00e0 Instituidora de Arranjo de Pagamento e Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de Pagamento, ou processos do Subcredenciador, de acordo com suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, no que couber.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Para o monitoramento das Transa\u00e7\u00f5es dever\u00e3o ser utilizadas ferramentas tecnol\u00f3gicas de monitoramento e com alertas autom\u00e1ticos de atividades at\u00edpicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Poder\u00e3o ser automaticamente reprovadas e canceladas as Transa\u00e7\u00f5es em que, de acordo com os procedimentos de monitoramento institu\u00eddos pela \u00c1rea de Compliance, se verifique ind\u00edcios de Lavagem de Dinheiro ou de Financiamento do Terrorismo, em raz\u00e3o do(a):<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">a.&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">Habitualidade, valor, periodicidade, forma ou hist\u00f3rico do Cliente com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s Transa\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">b.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;Intuito de gerar ganho, sem que haja benef\u00edcio econ\u00f4mico fundamentado;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">c.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;Omiss\u00e3o ou atraso injustificado no envio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es e\/ou documentos pelo Cliente;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">d.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;Oscila\u00e7\u00e3o significativa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao volume e\/ou frequ\u00eancia das Transa\u00e7\u00f5es; e. Altera\u00e7\u00e3o repentina e injustificada da modalidade ou valor da Transa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; e\/ou<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">n.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;Den\u00fancias recebidas pelo Canal de Den\u00fancias.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">A \u00c1rea de&nbsp;<i>Compliance<\/i>&nbsp;da <\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Gotham',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;\">EZZEPAY<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">, de acordo com os crit\u00e9rios previstos nesta Pol\u00edtica, dever\u00e1 criar procedimento para monitoramento de Clientes ou Transa\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas (\u201cMonitoramento Refor\u00e7ado\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Haver\u00e1 o Monitoramento Refor\u00e7ado, quando a Transa\u00e7\u00e3o for realizada: (i) por Cliente considerado PEP; (ii) em valor superior ao limite estabelecido; (iii) por Cliente pessoa jur\u00eddica, que, em raz\u00e3o da atividade desenvolvida, for classificado como de alto risco; (iv) pelo mesmo valor, de forma repetida, no mesmo dia; (v) por valores de transa\u00e7\u00e3o discrepantes do comportamento cotidiano do Cliente (hor\u00e1rio, valor, modalidade de captura de transa\u00e7\u00e3o, etc.) ou (vi) por incremento de vendas no valor 50% (cinquenta por cento) superior ao volume total de Transa\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas no m\u00eas anterior, de forma inexplic\u00e1vel ou sem ter havido a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o do Cliente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">As Transa\u00e7\u00f5es sujeitas a Monitoramento Refor\u00e7ado dever\u00e3o ser aprovadas manualmente pela \u00e1rea respons\u00e1vel. Havendo suspeita de irregularidade, o Colaborador da \u00e1rea: (i) n\u00e3o dever\u00e1 aprovar a Transa\u00e7\u00e3o; e (ii) dever\u00e1 entrar em contato com o Cliente para solicitar informa\u00e7\u00f5es complementares e documentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Para as Transa\u00e7\u00f5es em valores acima do limite estabelecido, o Cliente dever\u00e1 complementar suas informa\u00e7\u00f5es de cadastro e encaminhar os documentos necess\u00e1rios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Para a an\u00e1lise da licitude da Transa\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e3o ser solicitados documentos que comprovem sua regularidade e licitude, sendo admitidos, de forma cumulativa: (i) contratos de compra e venda das mercadorias ou presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os; (ii) nota fiscal; e (iii) comprovante de entrega das mercadorias ou servi\u00e7os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Os documentos dever\u00e3o ser encaminhados \u00e0 \u00c1rea de Compliance para an\u00e1lise, a quem caber\u00e1 aprovar ou n\u00e3o a Transa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Durante o procedimento de an\u00e1lise, a \u00c1rea de Compliance dever\u00e1 adotar os seguintes procedimentos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">a.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;Bloqueio do acesso pelo Cliente \u00e0 plataforma eletr\u00f4nica da <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Gotham',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;\">EZZEPAY <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">e suspens\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">b.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;Reten\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores at\u00e9 a averigua\u00e7\u00e3o da legalidade da Transa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">c.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">&nbsp;Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para a rescis\u00e3o do contrato celebrado com o Cliente, em caso de n\u00e3o aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da Transa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Caso a Transa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o seja aprovada em raz\u00e3o de ind\u00edcios de suspeita de fraude, os recursos dever\u00e3o ser restitu\u00eddos ao remetente, em conta banc\u00e1ria da mesma titularidade, e mediante a assinatura de recibo ou declara\u00e7\u00e3o pelo recebedor, dando plena quita\u00e7\u00e3o da restitui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Caso ocorra a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o pelas Credenciadoras ou Arranjos de Pagamento referente a transa\u00e7\u00f5es de disputa de Chargeback ou com suspeita de fraude e de ind\u00edcios de lavagem de dinheiro, a \u00c1rea de Compliance dever\u00e1 observar o procedimento estipulado pelos Arranjos de Pagamentos e Credenciadoras, de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da transa\u00e7\u00e3o; notifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Cliente e solicita\u00e7\u00e3o do envio de documentos de confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da transa\u00e7\u00e3o; reter o valor da transa\u00e7\u00e3o; iniciar o processo de disputa, se for o caso; concluir a ocorr\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Nos casos de reincid\u00eancia, das ocorr\u00eancias, caber\u00e1 o descredenciamento do Cliente e respectiva inclus\u00e3o na lista de restri\u00e7\u00f5es da <\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Gotham',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;\">EZZEPAY<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">A Transa\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00edpica sempre dever\u00e1 ser reportada \u00e0 \u00c1rea de Compliance pelos Colaboradores, mesmo que haja contato com o Cliente e envio de documentos e informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">dever\u00e1 abster-se de fornecer aos Clientes, informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre eventuais comunica\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas em decorr\u00eancia de ind\u00edcios de crime de Lavagem de Dinheiro ou Financiamento do Terrorismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o ao COAF ser\u00e1 realizada no prazo legal. Em caso de inexist\u00eancia de comunica\u00e7\u00f5es em determinado ano, a <\/span><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Gotham',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;\">EZZEPAY<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\"> providenciar\u00e1 o envio de declara\u00e7\u00e3o negativa, na forma da Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Aplic\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">A \u00c1rea de Compliance atender\u00e1 qualquer demanda, solicita\u00e7\u00e3o ou pedido de esclarecimentos do COAF e do Bacen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #5e239d;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif;\">11. background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Caso algum Fornecedor, Cliente ou benefici\u00e1rio final esteja registrado em alguma lista de san\u00e7\u00e3o imposta por resolu\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho de Seguran\u00e7a das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, dever\u00e1 ser realizado de imediato o bloqueio dos ativos nos termos da Lei n\u00ba 13.810\/19, bem como a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do fato ao COAF, ao Bacen, Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica e outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os de registro p\u00fablico que forem aplicados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">\u00e9 da \u00c1rea de Compliance, que, em conjunto com as \u00e1reas de Recursos Humanos e Marketing, dever\u00e1 elaborar toda a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o adequada para a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, o treinamento e a comprova\u00e7\u00e3o da ci\u00eancia e participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos envolvidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Gotham, serif; color: #5e239d;\">Os treinamentos ser\u00e3o realizados: (i) sempre que houver a admiss\u00e3o de novos Administradores e Colaboradores; (ii) periodicamente, em prazo n\u00e3o superior a 01 (um) ano, ou (iii) caso haja qualquer altera\u00e7\u00e3o desta Pol\u00edtica ou dos procedimentos internos adotados pela \u00c1rea de Compliance, ou em detrimento \u00e0 Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;
